Meet September Clark
Welcome Everyone!!!
I am September Clark, and I am passionate about driving positive change and transformation in individuals and organizations. As an Educator and Consultant in the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) space, I have spent 8 ½ years dedicated to cultivating inclusive leadership, promoting social justice, and teaching essential social-emotional skills children and adults alike.
Throughout my career, I have honed a unique blend of skills and experiences that empower individuals and organizations to navigate the complex terrain of JEDI and leadership with empathy, authenticity, and resilience. My journey began in the educational field, where I recognized the profound impact that inclusive leadership, racial equity and emotional intelligence have on school climates, organizational culture and how it succeeds.
As a Leadership Development Educator, I have had the privilege of working with leaders at all levels, helping them unleash their full potential and embrace inclusive leadership practices. I firmly believe that true leadership is rooted in self-awareness, empathy, and the ability to develop diverse and collaborative teams with intention.
My role as an Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Educator and Consultant has provided me with invaluable opportunities to facilitate critical conversations on racial equity and social justice. I have guided individuals and organizations through the process of understanding systemic inequalities and implementing strategies for positive change.
Furthermore, my journey in teaching social-emotional skills spans more than 5 years, during which I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of emotional intelligence in building healthier relationships, enhancing well-being, and driving personal and professional growth.
I am excited to connect, collaborate, and embark on meaningful journeys of growth and transformation with individuals and organizations that share a vision of a more equitable, empathetic, and inclusive world.
